Refund policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on customized, personalized, or made-to-order items.
Please carefully review all information submitted with your order, including names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, photos, logos, and other customization details before completing your purchase.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or refunded.
Crafty Southern Grl is not responsible for errors resulting from information provided by the customer, including:
- Incorrect spelling, names, dates, or wording
- Incorrect size or color selections
- Low-quality, blurry, cropped, or pixelated photos submitted by the customer
- Incorrect logos, graphics, or other files uploaded by the customer
- Customer-approved design or customization choices
Please make sure all information and uploaded files are correct before submitting your order.
Graduation Stoles
Custom graduation stoles are created according to the personalization information submitted with your order. Please carefully review all names, graduation years, schools, organizations, colors, wording, photos, logos, and other customization details.
Due to the personalized nature, custom graduation stoles cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error made by Crafty Southern Grl or the item arrives damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We want you to receive exactly what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error made by Crafty Southern Grl, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number along with clear photographs showing the issue.
After reviewing the claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repairing or replacing the item at no additional cost.
We do not provide refunds or replacements for errors resulting from customization information submitted incorrectly by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Because supplies and materials may be purchased specifically for your order, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.
Once your order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Customer-Submitted Images & Artwork
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted photos, logos, graphics, and artwork are of sufficient quality for printing or customization.
The final product can only reproduce the quality of the image provided. Low-resolution, blurry, dark, pixelated, cropped, or screenshot images may affect the appearance of the finished product.
Crafty Southern Grl may contact you if an image appears unsuitable for production.
By submitting an image, logo, design, or other artwork, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or rights to use the submitted material.
